NATIONAL SCHOOL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAMS
LETTER TO HOUSEHOLDS EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS INFORMATION
Dear Parent or Guardian:
The GREAT NEWS is that Gladwin Community Schools will continue to participate in the Community
Eligibility Provision Food and Nutrition Programs for the school year 2025-2026. ALL students enrolled at our
school will continue to receive one healthy breakfast and one healthy lunch each day at NO CHARGE to your
household. Gladwin Community Schools still need your household to complete an online Educational
Benefits Form (EBF). The EBF collects information needed to ensure Gladwin schools receives state and
federal funding for education programs. You may find the form here: https://gladwin.familyportal.cloud/
Without this information, Gladwin schools could lose important funding for education programs that our
students need. These supplemental grants and programs have the potential to offer supports and services for
our students including, but not limited to:
• Instructional staff (ex. Reading Interventionists, Math Tutors, Academic & Behavior Aids)
• Teaching supplies and materials
• Counselors and Social Workers
• School Nurses
• Professional Learning for staff
• Parent and Community engagement supplies and activities
• Technology
Why is Gladwin schools requesting financial information? The Education Benefits Form determines eligibility of
a student or household. The total count of eligible students is used to determine the funding amounts that will
be made available to a school. All information remains confidential. The more forms returned the better.
We are asking that you please complete the online EBF with all household members on one form to ensure
that additional funding for our school is available to meet the needs of our students. All the information
submitted on the report is confidential. Without your assistance Gladwin Community Schools cannot maximize
the use of available State and Federal funds that our students deserve. If we may be of any further
