Our first choir concert of the year is tomorrow! Join us on Tuesday, October 18th at 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafetorium for a great night of music from high school and junior high school students.
Reminder the end of the first marking period is only one week away on Friday, October 21st. Keep an eye on Skyward for grades and please reach out to teachers with any questions.

Just a reminder that anyone picking up students at GHS after school MUST park in our parking lot. We are not able to have curbside parking due to cars obstructing traffic. We appreciate your help.
It's Homecoming Day! Join us on our Gladwin Athletic's YouTube channel to watch our Homecoming Assembly at 2:50 p.m.. After school, we have the parade at 4:30 p.m., game versus Meridian at 7:00 p.m., and the band's GlowShow after the game. Let's GO BLUE!
Our Mock Olympics assembly gets our kids pumped for our upcoming Homecoming festivities. This year we held it on the soccer field. Kids loved getting outside today and participating in this fun assembly. Ask your student about table surfing. It may be the new favorite game for GHS assemblies!
GHS is hosting a food drive this week against Clare HS with the food going to New Dawn Shelter. The school with the most food items by Thursday will win the traveling trophy at Friday's game. Students need to bring their food to 1st hr. The winning class will earn pizza or ice cream from Mrs. Brown. Let's beat Clare!
The Aviary is a resource for all GHS students. It provides personal hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and clothing for anyone in need. All items are free. Talk to any staff member to access it.
Ignite, our after school program, begins on September 19th. Ignite runs Monday-Thursday after school until 5:30 p.m. It offers tutoring, homework help, credit recovery, free food, and free transportation. If interested, please contact Dave Thomas at at 426-7341. Enrollment forms are available in the office.
Reminder that Monday, August 22nd is our first day of school and is half a day. The high school will be dismissed at 12:22 p.m. CTE begins Tuesday, August 23rd. Bring your completed registration papers if you haven't already dropped them off. We can't wait to see our kids once again!
Chromebooks are available for pickup daily between 8am-4pm in the high school office. Just bring your signed Chromebook agreement with you.
